RainCare Remote
The latest in remote login technology gives RainCare technicians the option of connecting to
your computer no matter where in the world you may be. Remote login assistance is available only
by appointment via the Help Desk. At the time of your login session, you just visit the RainCare site and follow
a few simple instructions. Secure access to your system is granted by you one session at a time -
when the session ends, the technician no longer has access to your computer so your security is
guaranteed.

RainCare phone support is staffed by knowledgeable, friendly technicians who know
